It depends on which doctor you see - some of the gp's are professional and have a good manner with their patients. One GP is awful, rude, and disinterested.

It is difficult to rate surgery as whole, it so depends who do you see. In my experience reception staff has always been friendly and helpful. I can not fault the cleanliness of the surgery. Whether I feel I have been listened is a different matter, some staff could learn a lot from Dr Staker

Receptionist can be happier rather than misserable s sin you never get seen on time always waiting like extra half an hour.
